AMC8 And Memorizing Quran Contest

There will be AMC8 on Novermber 13, 2007.

On Saturday, we are going to go to Eid Party in Carrer High School.
My kids will go on the stage to perform the surah that they have been memorize and hadiths. Alhamdulillah, they did very well on the stage. It is very good to help them to learn about their self esteem in the front of public.

My kids get the gifts. The boy gets gift card from Target Store amount $50. The girl gets the $50 gift card from Target store and the Digital Qur'an with the 7 languages translation. This is all because they memorize the Qur'an and Hadist Contest.
Alhamdulillah, the kids are so happy.

Another activity will be AMC8. AMC8 stands for American Mathematics Competition for grade 8. My three kids will busy to prepare on this contest.
The results will be send by mail in 2 weeks.

Some of activities will be:
- November 17, 2007 is Geo Bee.
- January 17, is Spelling Bee.
- Explora Vision, its deadline is on Jan 29, 2008.
- Feb 2, 2008 is Mathcounts.
- Islamic Studies Contest is on May 31, 2008.
- Connecticut Invention Center is on May 3, 2008.
- Young Scientist
- Being Volunteer
- Science Class
- Computer Class, etc.
Insha Allah, the kids will try to do all of the activities above.
